Here Is What You Will Be Doing

• Aid technicians in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Fills orders from stock and notifies the manager about out-of-stock parts that need immediate attention.
• Notifies the Service Advisors when special order parts are received.
• Pulls order for delivery to technicians and follows up on back ordered parts.
• Works with outside companies to sell parts wholesale to outside shops and businesses.
• Aids wholesale account customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Limits to locate or order parts as needed.
• Prepares invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers.
• Maintains and solicits wholesale accounts in person and by telephone.
• Keeps parts manager informed on the status of accounts.
• Make outbound calls and update CRM daily.

Here Is What You Will Need

• At least 2 years of Dealerships parts counter experience required.
• CDK experience, OPS, CCC and OEC knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office experience a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• All applicants must have a valid Texas Driver's License with a clear MVR as well as submit to pre-employment screening to include criminal background check and drug screening.
