Develop and execute strategic plans to grow wholesale accounts and increase market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners through proactive engagement and tailored service
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm outreach, networking, and market analysis
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies that enhance product visibility and sales performance
Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics
Deliver exceptional account management by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levels
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
Support internal team development through training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and systems

Proven B2B wholesale sales experience within the jewelry or fashion accessories industry
Direct experience managing Disney as a wholesale/key retail account
Experience working with: Disney Parks (East & West Coast), Disney Cruise Line, Disney Resorts, Shop Disney, International Disney Parks
Strong account management and long-term relationship-building skills
Experience negotiating wholesale agreements and driving retail growth
Proficiency with CRM systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience with licensed consumer products or branded merchandise
Knowledge of retail merchandising, product positioning, and promotional strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends

Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
Commission: Uncapped earning potential
