About the Opportunity

The WFH Rep (Entry Level) role involves providing scheduled virtual consultations to veterans and their families. The position focuses on delivering clear guidance about coverage options, assisting with onboarding and enrollment, and supporting clients post-consultation. This role contributes to the organization by ensuring families receive informed support in managing their coverage needs through a structured and flexible remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom
• Explain available coverage options clearly and professionally
• Absorb clients through onboarding and enrollment processes
• Provide ongoing account support and follow-up
• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with standards
• Participate in weekly training, team meetings, and professional development

Requirements

• Licensure to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Use of a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access
• Background in client service, consulting, or customer-facing roles
• Strong virtual communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, coachable, and mission-driven
• Comfortable with Zoom, CRM systems, and digital documentation tools
