About the Opportunity

The Enrollment Rep WFH Entry Level supports individuals and families by guiding them through available supplemental benefit options and assisting with the enrollment process. This fully remote role emphasizes building meaningful client relationships and developing valuable career skills through structured mentorship and training.

Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals interested in benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
• Guide clients through benefit options
• Support clients during enrollment with professionalism
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups
• Deliver excellent client service and build lasting relationships
• Participate in weekly mentorship and professional development sessions

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Windows-based laptop or desktop with functioning webcam
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized and self-motivated, comfortable working independently
• Comfortable speaking on video and using digital tools
• Passion for service and helping others
• Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors. Weekly pay via direct deposit, paid training and full licensing support, monthly and quarterly performance bonuses, and equity opportunities for qualifying team members are included.
