Entry Level Financial Services Rep

About the role

As a Financial Services Professional, you are often the first point of contact for financial advisors who rely on you to help them serve their clients and grow their businesses. Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, helping them navigate account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors are often working under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors with account questions, operational processes, and technology tools
• Respond to service requests under tight deadlines

Requirements

• Interest in Financial Services
• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
• Previous banking or financial services experience a plus
• Sign-on bonus available for candidates who have already obtained their SIE

Schedule

• Training: Mon-Fri from 7:30am - 3:30pm for 4-6 weeks
• After training: Must be available for any schedule Mon-Fri between 5:00am - 6:00pm

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00/hr.
