About the role
As Virtualite grows, we're seeking Account Sales Advisors to build relationships, guide prospects through consultative sales conversations, and close new business from a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will:
- Connect with prospective clients through outbound outreach and inbound leads
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand business needs
- Present Virtualite’s services and recommend customized solutions
- Manage follow-ups, opportunities, and pipeline activity using CRM tools
- Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close new accounts
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous sales, account advising, or business development experience (optional)
- Strong communication skills with a confident, professional approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Results-driven mindset with comfort working toward goals and metrics
- Willingness to learn Virtualite’s services and sales process
