About the role

Lead the charge and make every meal memorable. As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll spark smiles, keep the good vibes flowing, and help our team deliver top-notch service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), with overtime calculated accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the captain of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed from lounge to banquet.
  • Coach and train the team to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
  • Maintain compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards (Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid, and more).
  • Handle payroll, scheduling, and reports, tracking staff hours and productivity.
  • Oversee food quality, presentation, and taste, while managing inventory and beverage purchasing.
  • Create and execute fun promotions to enhance guest experience.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Analyze reports, attend meetings, and assist in various operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
