About the role
Responsible for managing sales territories in the Western region, driving revenue growth through strategic account development and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue within assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, conduct initial outreach, and build long-term relationships.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of successful account management and customer relationship building.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Knowledge of B2B sales methodologies and best practices.
