About the role

Responsible for managing sales territories in the Western region, driving revenue growth through strategic account development and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue within assigned territory.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, conduct initial outreach, and build long-term relationships.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of successful account management and customer relationship building.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of industry-specific products and services.
