About the role

Lead 2nd shift PIO team by installing, troubleshooting, training, and providing a productive and efficient shop floor. Should be able to run department in absence of PIO Supervisor to include but not limited to running pull list, holding pre-shift meetings, and compiling shift recap report.

Responsibilities

  • Install accessories according to manufacturer's instructions
  • Overall understanding of PIO installations and ability to troubleshoot problems
  • Correct any deficiencies noted by Quality Control before the vehicle is returned to staging area
  • Complete a defect tag if parts are defective and submit to Supervisor, for which may be considered a warranty claim
  • Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed regarding safety
  • When required, perform installations outside
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure installations are effectively performed
  • Absorb and assist fellow team members to maintain quality and timely installations
  • Conduct meetings and other required sessions for communication of quality, production, and safety requirements
  • Use iVeles to provide PIO pull list
  • Complete shift recap report
