Facility Coordinator

Location: Liège, Hoboken

About the role

As a Facility Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and leading teams on challenging industrial sites in Hoboken. Your role involves communicating progress with clients, overseeing team planning, ensuring quality, safety, and project completion.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the customer liaison role on-site and collaborate with the Project Manager to communicate progress
• Daily planning and management of the team (minimum 10 people), coaching, motivating, and maintaining safety
• Conduct quality checks based on plans and specifications and follow up on progress
• Interpret technical plans and documents and ensure correct execution
• Report and follow up on deviations from scope and delays
• Determine material requirements and coordinate with the Project Manager or Project Engineer
• Ensure safety and complete project closure
• Report to the Project Manager and act as a right-hand person
• Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, timekeeping, and delivery documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Leader in HVAC facilities
• Knowledge of HVAC principles and basic electrical, mechanical, and safety regulations
• Experience with project planning and team leadership
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to read technical plans
• Strong communication skills with both teams, Project Managers, and clients
• Hands-on approach focused on quality and accuracy
• Experience on industrial sites is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch
