Essential Functions
- Aid in the installation, repair, and maintenance of all plumbing systems, including drainage, waste, vent, gas, and flue piping, fixtures, faucets, tub & shower valves, and water heaters.
- Aid in the installation, repair, and maintenance of all HVAC systems, including hydronic boilers, steam boilers, hot air furnaces, air conditioning systems, piping, controls, and ductwork.
- Keep mechanics' vehicles organized, stocked with materials, and clean.
- Complete assigned training curriculum.
- Carry necessary hand tools as required by the company.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as per company guidelines.
- Perform any other tasks as directed by the manager.
Requirements
- Must have an OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- Show organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Display active listening and excellent communication skills.
- Show sound judgment and critical thinking.
- Behave professionally and adhere to conduct standards.
- Be able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
