Position Summary

This position has the responsibility of pipefitter duties of entire Stadium and Convention Center Facility. Accountability is to the Facility Manager.

Duties

• HVAC
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Troubleshooting Heating/Refrigeration
  • Experience with Steam
  • Perform routine system maintenance
  • Manage tools and supplies
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Must have flexible schedule 40+ hours a week and include weekends as needed for events.
• Must currently be in or join Union 440. This is a Union position. (Journeyman)
• Must have exceptional communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• 5 years HVAC experience or more and must be out of apprenticeship stage.
• Updated certifications
