About the role

The role of Wellness Director - RN involves overseeing the implementation of wellness programs within a healthcare facility. This includes coordinating with staff to ensure all programs are effectively executed and providing guidance on health and wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of wellness programs
• Collaborate with staff to enhance patient care through health and wellness initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to staff in implementing wellness programs
• Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in good standing
• At least 5 years of nursing experience
• Experience in healthcare administration or management

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of health and wellness trends and best practices
