Wellness Director - RN

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents’ healthcare needs change.
• Supervises and provides leadership, as well as coaching, to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community.

About the Role

Brookdale Conway is seeking a Director of Nursing to join their growing team. This role is for a Senior Living community supporting seniors through Assisted Living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in a healthcare facility setting
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred
• Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of long-term care and/or senior living industry practices

Pay

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
