Wellness Director - RN

About the role

The Director of Nursing at Brookdale supports residents through Assisted Living and Memory Care. Key responsibilities include managing clinical services, ensuring quality care, supervising staff, and building relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a more complex community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents' healthcare needs change.
• Supervises and provides leadership, as well as coaching, to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community.
• May be responsible for leading additional clinical leadership team up to five members.

Requirements

• Education as required to obtain state nursing license and state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, and Clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite and electronic documentation.

Pay

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
