Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a highly complex, multiple product line, or large community.
• Ensures residents’ healthcare needs are met while treated with respect and dignity, and ensures quality care as residents’ healthcare needs change.
• Supervises and provides leadership, as well as coaching, to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community.
• May be responsible for leading additional clinical leadership team of five or more members.

Qualifications & Skills

• New York State RN license; Education as required to obtain state nursing license and state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Minimum of 2 years nursing case management experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience; clinical leadership & supervisory experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite and electronic documentation.
• Driver’s license.

Pay

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.

Schedule

Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
