About the role
Absaroka Senior Living, Cody WY, is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse, Wellness Director to lead clinical operations and mentor a care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily nursing and care operations ensuring quality, compliance, and continuity of care
- Policy implementation, performance improvement, and nursing protocols
- Collaboration with the Staff Development Coordinator for staff education and competencies
- Mentoring, coaching, and empowering care staff at all levels
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and families for holistic care delivery
- Fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence
- Leading with curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wyoming
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in senior living or related health care
- Experience with geriatric and dementia care
- Prior leadership experience a plus, but strong mentoring skills and clinical confidence are key
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Passion for education, development, and positive culture-building
- Commitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
