Wellness Coordinator/LPN - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Maintains staffing schedules in accordance with current occupancy of the community including creating two-week schedules for LPNs and Personal Care Specialists
• Covers for staff call-offs to maintain optimum staffing ratios
• Aids in tracking of CPR certifications of staff and scheduling classes
• Follows emergency protocols, including performing CPR and administering first aid as necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed LPN
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Must meet state or provincial health related requirements
• Must maintain any other certifications as required by state or provincial regulations
• Must be computer literate and able to use Word and Excel programs
