Wellness Coordinator- LPN

About the role

The Wellness Coordinator- LPN will be responsible for promoting and implementing wellness programs within the Charlotte, NC area. This position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to the needs of the community.
• Collaborate with local healthcare providers to enhance patient care and health outcomes.
• Coordinate with community partners to secure funding and resources for wellness initiatives.
• Provide education and support to participants on various health topics.
• Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• A current LPN license.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and managing public health initiatives.
• Knowledge of community health needs assessment methods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
