About the role
Lead, train, and inspire your team to provide top-notch resident care. Develop staff schedules to ensure continuous coverage and support for all areas of the facility. Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and facilitate ongoing training and development. Conduct proper medication distribution and ensure med cart compliance. Oversee the wellness of residents and assist PCAs as needed. Ensure adherence to the Personal Care Home regulations. Supervise and create assignments for wellness associates. Round to ensure assignments are being followed and completed. Assist in training new staff as needed.

Requirements
- 4+ years as a Med Tech or Personal Care home experience preferred.
- CNA preferred.
- Medical Assistant, Associate or similar degrees preferred.
- CPR certification or completion of the CPR course within 90 days of employment.
- Must be a Train the Trainer or willing to complete. The Train the Trainer must have at least 2 years of experience as a Med Tech with current certificate or license.
Qualifications

Pay
$46,800 - $47,840
Schedule
Monday- Friday 3pm-11pm OR 11pm-7am
On-call 2 week rotation with the DON
