Wellness Brand Ambassador - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local representation of national brands and crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City.
• Interact with local businesses within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and its services and products.
• Use approved promotional materials to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City.
• Create local and corporate partnerships alongside the supervisor.

Requirements

• A strong commitment to excellence, desire to learn, and superior client service skills.
• Leadership, efficient time management, persuasive communication skills, diverse approachable to recognize ways to capitalize on marketing efforts, and ensuring outstanding client service.
• Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent along with a proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hands-on marketing and creative yet strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
• Ability to build good relationships and understand clients' needs.
• Ability to make product and service recommendations.
• Ability to meet minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multitask, including cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Schedule

Full-time position with hybrid scheduling: 20 hours marketing in the field and 15-18 hours in the salon.
