Wellness Brand Ambassador - Full Time

About the role

The Wellness Brand Ambassador serves as a local representative of national brands, crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City. This role involves promoting Sun Tan City and its services/products to local businesses within a designated territory using approved promotional materials (e.g., coupons, gift cards). The ambassador will also help create local and corporate partnerships alongside their supervisor.

This is a hybrid position, combining field marketing with in-salon work as a Wellness Consultant. In the salon, you will engage clients, make product and service recommendations, and maintain sales requirements.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sun Tan City locally to promote services and products using approved promotional materials.
• Develop local and corporate partnerships in collaboration with your supervisor.
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring all client needs are met professionally.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Make relevant recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment, including cleaning tanning beds and engaging new clients.
• Maintain salon cleanliness (tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas).
• Work cohesively with the team while upholding company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills.

Requirements

• Management or marketing experience and/or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hands-on marketing and strategic, creative thinking.
• Strong leadership, time management, and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to recognize and capitalize on marketing opportunities.
• Commitment to exceptional client service and performance excellence.

Schedule

Full-time hybrid position with a schedule of 20 hours in field marketing and 15-18 hours in the salon per week.
