Wellness Brand Ambassador - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local representation of national brands and contribute to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap.
• Interact with local businesses within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap and its services and products.
• Use approved promotional materials to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap locations.
• Create and maintain local and corporate partnerships alongside the supervisor.

• Leadership, efficient time management, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to recognize and capitalize on marketing efforts.
• Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hands-on marketing and creative yet strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met professionally.
• Ability to build good relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to make product and service recommendations.
• Ability to meet minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multitask, including cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assistance in maintaining the cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Schedule

Full-time position with hybrid scheduling: 20 hours marketing in the field and 15-18 hours in the salon.
