Responsibilities
- Serve as a local representation of national brands
- Generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City using approved promotional material
- Create local and corporate partnerships alongside supervisor
- Lead, manage, and communicate effectively
- Ensure outstanding client service
- Maintain minimum sales requirements
- Multitask by juggling cleaning beds and engaging new clients
- Maintain cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas
- Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment
