Wellness Associate - Part Time

To Be Blunt, This Role Will Be About (Responsibilities)

• Aid patients, caregivers, and customers with cannabis recommendations throughout the process of product selection, effects, potency, dosage, methods of consumption, and administration.
• Manage patient records using the systems.
• Stay informed about state regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service to create a distinctive and delightful customer/patient experience, including interpersonal behaviors (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy), and ensure patient/customer confidentiality and security.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and customers by anticipating their needs.
• Follow established policies and procedures for customer service, staff management, patient and visitor management, inventory management, cash handling, state compliance, and safety and security guidelines.
• Complete the required state-mandated training program.

To Be Blunt, This Role Will Be About (Requirements)

• Meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
• At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred.
• Cannabis experience a plus.
• Flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.

• Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Have vision abilities required by this job including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus
