Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients.
• Aid patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
• Work tactically to serve our patients with care and efficiency.
• Educate customers on the benefits of Kind Tree products.
• Receive new inventory shipments.
• Log sales data into our POS and tracking systems.

Requirements

• Meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
• At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred.
• Cannabis experience a plus.
• Flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Stand constantly, walk frequently, reach and twist/turn with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and have vision abilities required by this job including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
