About the Role

The Café & Pool Attendant provides 5‑star service to guests at the Café and pool at the Wellhouse, serving as the front‑line impression of food and beverage service. The role requires a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, guest‑focus, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service at the juice bar and poolside for all guests.
• Prepare and serve non‑alcoholic drinks: coffee, espresso, fresh juices, fresh smoothies, and espresso‑based beverages.
• Prepare and sell alcoholic drinks: wines by the glass, beer, and pre‑mixed liquor drinks (e.g., margaritas).
• Sell premade/packaged food items.
• Restock premade food, discard expired items, and restock all alcohol daily/weekly.
• Charge guests for alcohol, drinks, and food as items are sold.
• Maintain cleanliness of the juice bar and complete the daily task list.
• Wear the required uniform (spa coordinator pants, shirt, shoes; seasonal changes directed by HR).
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain regular and consistent attendance.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends, with varied hours according to occupancy.

Hours vary according to occupancy; weekends and nights are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Microsoft Office computer skills; Point‑of‑Sale experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions aligned with company goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lb, stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and operate a company vehicle or golf cart.
