About the role
The Welding Fabrication Shop Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the fabrication shop including but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Operate welding equipment to fabricate metal components
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of machinery and equipment
- Perform quality checks on fabricated parts
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience in a fabrication shop environment
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Skills
- Welding certification (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail

- $18.00 per hour
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
