Fabrication Production Laborer
Summary
Aid the fabrication shop with daily production and material handling tasks under the direction of the Fabrication Lead. Operate shop equipment to shear, punch, and saw raw materials. Tend automated and semi-automated fabrication equipment. Organize, package, label, and ship materials, hardware, and finished products. Load and unload freight trucks and assist crews with job material handling. Safely operate mobile equipment while performing assigned duties. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and yard environment. Cover, label, and organize chain link and Trex gates as directed. Support additional shop and production tasks as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
