Welder II 2nd shift

About the role

Works from drawings, sketches, templates, SI, or verbal instructions.
Selects proper fixtures, and parts in accordance with SO requirements.
Produces true, warp and leak-free joints using heat.
Takes necessary precautions to prevent fire or "flash" exposure to others.
Keeps up with production schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welds 2” systems or larger for all pressure ranges.
• Performs ancillary duties as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years previous work experience in related field.
• Technical welding training preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
• The ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods up to eight or more hours at a time.
• Able to work in a noisy environment.
• Good eyesight (correction acceptable).
• Able to work overtime if required (including weekends).
