Welder II - 2nd shift

At Global Finishing Solutions (GFS), we're looking for a Welder II to help us build the industry’s best paint booths and finishing systems. If you're experienced with MIG (and occasionally TIG) welding and want to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team – this is your opportunity to shine!

Responsibilities

• Operate MIG (and occasional TIG) equipment to create strong, high-quality components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures with precision (down to 1/32”) to assemble structural parts that fit right the first time.
• Confidently stitch sheet metal and weld water-tight tanks that meet exacting standards.
• Position weld-ons and beam pads accurately, knowing the details make all the difference.
• Use a variety of shop tools—including grinders, drills, shears, and plasma cutters—to bring designs to life.
• Take pride in your craftsmanship by performing quality checks and delivering work you’re proud to put your name on.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A high school diploma or GED (technical school certification a plus).
• AWS D1.1 welding certificate.
• A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a team-first attitude.

Pay

Pay Range: $23.81 – $28.10 per hour, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications. For 2nd shift there is a $3.00 per hour shift differential.
