About the role

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is seeking a Welder I to join their growing Brands department. Founded over 40 years ago, they are a leading provider of power-sport gear and components, known for their extensive product range and expertise in testing and developing products.

Responsibilities

• Production welding
• Fabricating
• Fitting
• Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience using wire feed MIG machines (TIG welding experience a plus)
• Experience with precise cutting, grinding, and drilling
• Ability to read and understand printed specifications and drawings
• Ability to work safely, using appropriate protective equipment
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to understand, read, and comprehend instructions and directions
• Must be able to work scheduled hours
• Collaborative team player willing to work with others and independently
• Strong work ethic focused on commitment, pride of work, quality, desire to learn, and dependability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check

Skills

• Wire feed MIG welding
• TIG welding (preferred)
• Precise cutting, grinding, and drilling
• Reading and understanding technical specifications and drawings
• Safety awareness and protective equipment use
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
