Responsibilities
- Design and manufacture metal components using laser cutting, turret press, forming, and welding techniques.
- Collaborate with engineering team to develop innovative solutions for customer projects.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fabrication department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in metal fabrication and/or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with CNC machines and other fabrication equipment.
- Knowledge of metalworking processes and materials.
Skills
- Strong technical skills in metal fabrication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
