Welder - 2nd Shift

About the role

We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Welder. This role involves fabricating and repairing metal components to ensure high-quality outcomes. Candidates with a variety of backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.
• Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools.
• Safely use lifting devices like cranes and forklifts to position materials or parts as needed.
• Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Maintain and organize material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
