About the role
We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join, fabricate, and repair metal into high-quality components for our community.
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.
- Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools.
- Prepare and set up equipment and materials to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Lift and position materials using lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.
- Ensure quality by utilizing measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and corrective action activities by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing changes.
- Maintain and organize workspaces, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
Requirements
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work.
- Enjoy hands-on roles and working with machinery or are eager to learn.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in fabrication or welding is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

Pay
- $3,000 Sign On Bonus!
- $1,500 at 90 days and $1,500 at the 1-year mark!
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm with some overtime required.
