Welder- 2nd shift
Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform various welding tasks to join metal parts and components accurately.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to ensure the proper alignment and welding of components.
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, grinding, and measuring as necessary to ensure the highest quality welds.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards, making necessary adjustments and repairs as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Work closely with other team members, such as fabricators and supervisors, to ensure efficient production and product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recent MIG welding preferred.
- Experience welding around pipe.
- Welding experience with galvanized material.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Post-secondary certificate, vocational training preferred.
- Successfully pass internal AWS weld test.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.

Pay And Benefits
The target hourly range is $22.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
