Welder- 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Comply with the company/site safety rules.
• Perform safe and effective operation of all equipment needed to perform job function.
• Flex across different products and areas to support business needs.
• Provide training to new employees or employees learning new work areas to work instructions/standard work.
• Follow established procedures, processes, or policies.
• Interpret and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks.
• Assist with robotic welder.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or certification.
• An internal written and physical weld test.
• An understanding of welding fundamentals.
• Basic welding experience and/or training.
• A basic knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment.
• The ability to follow direction and work in a team environment.
