Schedule

80% FTE position, 32 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with Tuesday off. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

About the role

Address first call resolution for customers needing information or assisting with general inquiries pertaining to services that UW Health provides. Initiate a smooth transition for patients entering the UW Health system.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field Required
• High School Diploma Preferred
• Previous experience working in scheduling, registration, or a call center Preferred
• Previous experience using Epic Cadence and Prelude Software Preferred
