Weights and Research Coordinator

About the role

The W&R Coordinator is responsible for ensuring R&L Carriers receives the appropriate revenue on shipments by reviewing shipments as they pass across the respective docks to verify the accuracy of the actual class of the shipment compared to the bill of lading information.

Responsibilities

• Review shipments for accuracy of class compared to bill of lading information
• Ensure proper revenue collection for all shipments

Requirements

• Any type of LTL experience preferred but not required
• Self-motivated and able to self-manage
• Willingness to learn new processes
• Analytical skills
• Computer proficiency
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in logistics or related field preferred

• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
