Certified #YAD123 We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to not repeat job title as heading. The title is "Weekend Wound Care Nurse Saturday and Sunday". Not to be used as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph about facility and role? Could be "About the role" or "Summary/Objective". The posting includes a Summary/Objective paragraph. So we can have

About the role

or

Summary/Objective

. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings if appropriate. The posting includes a Summary/Objective; we could map that to "About the role". Or we could use "Summary/Objective" but they said e.g. list; but we can use any of those headings. Probably better to use "About the role" for the introductory summary. - Responsibilities: The Essential Functions list is basically responsibilities. So we can have

Responsibilities

with a
  • list of each duty. - Requirements: The Required Education And Experience section includes education, licensure, CPR certification. So we can have

    Requirements

with list. - Benefits: The posting lists many benefits: "Amazing Benefits! New added bonuses and perksU earned it bonusPTOPaid orientationVery supportive managementHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Employee discountsMonthly gift cards Very High No Frills ratesSame day pay optionEmployee Engagement programStaff appreciation lunches and give outsCompany SwagAnnual raisesOpportunities for advancementBirthday pay University partner, offering tuition assistance to staff and dependents". This is a jumble but we can extract each benefit as list items. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to list each benefit as separate
  • items, preserving the wording as much as possible. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to not include Pay or Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. The posting does not mention pay amount or schedule details beyond "Weekend Wound Care Nurse Saturday and Sunday". That's schedule info: it's weekend, Saturday and Sunday. Should we create a Schedule section? The posting states the role is Weekend Wound Care Nurse Saturday and Sunday. That is schedule info. The instruction says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state schedule: Weekend, Saturday and Sunday. So we can include a Schedule section with that info. Pay: not stated, so no Pay section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce:

    About the role

Kenansville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located in Kenansville, NC, is a Long Term Care facility that provides quality care to our residents. Join a growing team of successful, happy caregivers who are valued and appreciated! NOW HIRING: Weekend Wound Care Nurse Saturday and Sunday. The Treatment Nurse will provide supervision of staff and will safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all Guests under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

But note we might duplicate some content; we need to preserve all substantive information. The introductory paragraph includes the facility description and the NOW HIRING line. The Summary/Objective also includes similar content. We should combine but not lose any detail. Let's extract all unique sentences. Original text: "Kenansville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located in Kenansville, NC, is a Long Term Care facility that provides quality care to our residents. We need to separate benefits from the intro. The benefits list is jammed together without spaces. We need to parse them. Let's extract benefits string: "Amazing Benefits! New added bonuses and perksU earned it bonusPTOPaid orientationVery supportive managementHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Employee discountsMonthly gift cards Very High No Frills ratesSame day pay optionEmployee Engagement programStaff appreciation lunches and give outsCompany SwagAnnual raisesOpportunities for advancementBirthday pay University partner, offering tuition assistance to staff and dependents" We need to split into sensible items. Likely each benefit separated by missing spaces due to OCR. We need to infer. Let's manually split: - Amazing Benefits! - New added bonuses and perks - Earned it bonus - PTO - Paid orientation - Very supportive management - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - 401(k) - Employee discounts - Monthly gift cards - Very High No Frills rates - Same day pay option - Employee Engagement program - Staff appreciation lunches and give outs - Company Swag - Annual raises - Opportunities for advancement - Birthday pay - University partner, offering tuition assistance to staff and dependents We need to preserve the exact wording as much as possible. The original had no spaces between some words: "perksU" should be "perks U"? but we can add a space for readability? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Adding a space could be considered inventing? But it's necessary to make readable. However we could keep as "perksU" but that looks weird. Maybe we should keep as is but add a space? The instruction says do not invent or summarize away detail. Adding a space is not inventing new information, just formatting. Probably acceptable. We'll output each benefit as
  • with the cleaned phrase. Now Responsibilities: list each duty from Essential Functions. We need to extract each duty sentence. Essential Functions paragraph: "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
