About the role
Crisis Residential Program services provide short-term intensive, round-the-clock, personalized support to help stabilize individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
Responsibilities
- Participate in individual service planning for clients by assessing their health and resource management.
- Support the implementation of new program services and quality improvement systems.
- Provide support, training, and structure to ensure budget projections are met.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two years of experience.
- A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
Qualifications
This position requires a high level of empathy, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
