About the role

Crisis Residential Program services provide short-term intensive, round-the-clock, personalized support to help stabilize individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in individual service planning for clients by assessing their health and resource management.
  • Support the implementation of new program services and quality improvement systems.
  • Provide support, training, and structure to ensure budget projections are met.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience.
  • A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.

Qualifications

This position requires a high level of empathy, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
