About the Role

Shalom Gardens Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, dedicated LPN with strong leadership skills and a heart for seniors to join our exceptional care team. This is a part-time, every other weekend position in our skilled nursing facility.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support nursing staff during the evening shift
• Oversee resident care and ensure clinical excellence
• Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care
• Respond to emergencies and ensure smooth operations during off-hours
• Be the go-to person for staff, residents, and families alike

What You Bring

• Valid LPN license in VA
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills
• Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making
• A passion for elder care and a team-first attitude
