Weekend RN

We are seeking a Full-Time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate home health nursing care. The RN will develop, implement, and update patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with regulations and completing assessments like OASIS and medication reconciliation. Responsibilities include supervising home health aides and LPNs/LVNs, documenting patient care accurately, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. The role involves participating in staff orientation, quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining a professional, punctual, and positive presence, capable of functioning in diverse home environments. Qualifications include a current unrestricted RN license in Alabama, a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
