Weekend RN

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care across various specialties during weekend shifts.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Accurately document care using electronic health records.
• Support patient and family education while adhering to safety and infection control standards.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation.
