Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced respiratory care, including medication administration, ventilator management, and patient assessment in critical care settings.
• Engages in patient education, staff mentorship, and participates in procedures such as intubation, extubation, and pulmonary testing.
• Fosters a collaborative team environment while emphasizing quality patient care, safety, and evidence-based practices.
• Supports new employee training and contributes to performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program; associate's degree required, bachelor's preferred.
• Licenses and certifications including RRT, RT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, with instructor and provisional credentials preferred.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills, along with excellent customer service and assessment abilities.
