About the role
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. The receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and front desk duties.
Schedule
Part-time, weekends, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff.
- Create a welcoming and comforting environment for residents.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, mail handling, data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Collaborate with the team to support excellent resident care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
- One to three months of related experience.

- Administrative and Office Skills: Ability to manage multi-line phone systems, handle mail, perform data entry, filing, and record keeping.
