Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, and CNAs) during assigned shifts
• Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Serve as the clinical resource and leader for the nursing team
• Administer medications and oversee treatments as needed
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and clinical standards
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with staffing coordination, assignments, and shift coverage
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork

Requirements

Current RN license in good standing

Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and make sound clinical decisions

Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude

Excellent attendance and reliability

Pay

$46 / Hour Base Pay + $5 Weekend Shift Differential (Sat/Sun)

Schedule

• Friday/Saturday/Sunday - 12 Hour Shifts
• Saturday/Sunday - 16 Hour Shifts
