Your Role as RN Evening Supervisor:

• Ensure compliance among nurses, CNAs, and medical staff
• Lead and mentor nursing teams
• Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
• Oversee quality measures and implement improvement initiatives
• Support staff education and development

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia RN license
• Nursing home or long-term care experience
• Strong clinical and leadership skills

Schedule:

• Evening shifts
