About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to oversee resident care in a long-term care facility.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents and their families
- Responding to questions and requests from residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations
- Monitoring confidential information to ensure resident trust
- Documenting resident care services accurately
- Fostering teamwork among healthcare professionals
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and positive team management skills
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing software
- Excellent communication abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
