About the role
Deliver solutions that matter by providing leadership and supervision to the care team during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care and smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee resident care plans while addressing clinical and staffing issues as they arise.
- Support, mentor, and guide staff, fostering a collaborative and professional care environment.
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards by leveraging strong nursing expertise.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered CT or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
- Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.

- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.

Pay
$43.50 - $47.50/hour, based on experience
Schedule
Part-time, 7:00AM – 3:00PM, every other weekend
